Destination James Bond. In gut 40 Ländern wurden die berühmtesten aller Agentenfilme an exotischen Schauplätzen gedreht. An manchen darf man ein bisschen 007 sein:
I. Gardasee, Südamerika, Bodensee – das sind alles Drehorte des neuen James-Bond-Films „Quantum of Solace“ („Ein Quantum Trost“), der im November bei uns in die Kinos kommt. Viele Orte sind durch die 007-Streifen berühmt geworden, die Auslandseinsätze haben Bond, den Superagenten Ihrer Majestät, in gut 40 Länder geführt. Manche Kulissen haben sich in die Erinnerung des Publikums richtig eingebrannt. Das lockt, die vermeintlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um den berühmtesten Geheimagenten der Welt aufzusuchen.
Hier ein Fahrplan zu den ultimativen 007-Zielen – für den James-Bond-Hardliner, aber auch für all jene, die gerne außergewöhnliche Destinationen suchen und manchmal auch eine Portion Unerschrockenheit mit im Gepäck haben…
II. Die Bahamas sind ein Paradies für Taucher – und für 007-Fans: Wer sich dort in die Unterwasserwelt wagt, wandelt auf den Spuren gleich mehrerer Bond-Streifen. Unmittelbar vor der Küste liegt das Schiffswrack, in dem Sean Connery in „Sag niemals nie“ eine unangenehme Begegnung mit einem Tigerhai hatte.
Nur wenige Meter weiter wartet die Attrappe eines Kampffliegers, der in „Feuerball“ eine entscheidende Rolle gespielt hat. Mittlerweile ist das Wrack mit Korallen bewachsen. III. Eine Rettungskapsel ist wahrlich kein romantischer Ort, aber Roger Moore schaffte es in „Der Spion, der mich liebte“ trotzdem, die Sowjet-Agentin in so einem Ding zu verführen.
Das brachte den Künstler Denis Oudendijk wiederum auf die Idee, eine ehemalige Hochseerettungskapsel zum Hotel(zimmer) umzufunktionieren. Das orange Ungetüm sieht aus wie ein Ufo und schwimmt durch die Grachten Den Haags. Wasser kommt nur aus dem Kanister – wohl nichts für James Bond. Aber für seine Fans, und die können auch noch das Sonderpaket buchen, bei dem ein Karaoke-Set zum Mitsingen der 007-Soundtracks und ein DVD-Gerät mit der kompletten Film-sammlung bereitsteht.

IV. James-Bond-Erfinder Ian Fleming (er wäre im Mai 100 Jahre alt geworden) lebte viele Jahre in der Grafschaft Kent, südlich von London. Fleming war ein Fan schneller Autos und rasanter Fahrten. Kent mit seinen atemberaubenden Straßen, die sich an steilen Klippen entlangschlängeln, war in den Büchern und Filmen mehrfach Schauplatz riskanter Überholmanöver: So gibt es hier eine „Moonraker-Route“ und eine „Goldfinger-Route“.
Jener Golfplatz, auf dem Bond und Goldfinger ihre Kräfte maßen, liegt ebenfalls in Kent. Sowohl die Lieblingsplätze von Ian Fleming als auch verschiedene Drehorte in Kent kann man besichtigen, die Grafschaft bietet regelmäßig James-Bond-Touren an. Info: www.kenttourism.co.uk; T 0044/1271/33 60 20
V. Die meisten Bond-Romane hat Fleming bei seinen Aufenthalten auf Jamaika geschrieben. 1946 kaufte er ein Stück Land in der Nähe des Hafens von Oracabessa und baute ein Haus. Heute thront dort, oberhalb der Steilküste mit Blick auf die karibische See, das Fünf-Sterne-Hotel „Goldeneye“. Nach wie vor gehört ein großer Garten zum Anwesen. Inmitten der zauberhaften Natur hat Fleming gerne Vögel beobachtet und sich den Namen für den berühmten Agenten ausgedacht: Der Verfasser eines ornithologischen Fachbuches hieß nämlich James Bond. www.goldeneyehotel.com; T 001 876/946 19 58
VI. Die Bobbahn in St. Moritz ist Agent 007 auf Ski hinuntergedüst. Das ist allerdings nur Geheimagenten erlaubt. Für Touristen gibt es aber auch den schnellen Kick: Als Mitglied eines Rennviererbobs geht es in rasanter Fahrt die Natureisbahn runter ins Tal. Termine sind ab 22. VII. James-Bond-Geheimagententraining: Ein Reiseveranstalter organisiert das ultimative Programm für Möchtegern-Bonds und verspricht bei seinen Trips nach Südafrika Einblicke in „hochinteressante Techniken der geheimnisumwitterten Welt der Geheimagenten“. VIII. Das James-Bond-Universum lässt sich auch bei Ausstellungen erkunden: „Top Secret – Die Welt der Spionage“ heißt es noch bis Mitte Jänner in einem Museum in Hannover (www.hannover.de).
London steht dem in nichts nach: Das „Imperial War Museum“ zeigt bis März die Sonderausstellung „For your eyes only: Ian Fleming and James Bond“. Hier ist neben Manuskripten und der berühmten Magnum 357 auch Halle Barrys Bikini aus „Stirb an einem anderen Tag“ zu sehen(www.iwm.org.uk). Wer dort Lunte gerochen hat, kann sich im „Counter Spy Shop of Mayfair“ (South Audley Street 62, London) Spionageartikel für den Hausgebrauch mitnehmen: Zigaretten-schachteln mit Mikro oder Spitzer mit Aufnahmegerät sind noch die harmlosen Sachen.
IX. Nervenkitzel für Bond-Fans: In der Anfangsszene von „Goldeneye“ stürzt sich 007 bei einem Bungee-Jump 220 Meter in die Tiefe. In Hamburg jagte Pierce Brosnan über das Dach des Hotels Atlantic. Ein großer Teil des Streifens wurde in der Hansestadt gedreht. Bei einer speziellen Bond-Bus-tour bekommen die Touristen diese Plätze, Straßen und Häuser zu sehen und parallel flimmern die passenden Szenen dazu über den Bildschirm im Bus. www.jasper.de; T 0049/40/22 71 06-10
X. Die Seebühne der Bregenzer Festspiele ist für die Produzenten des neuen Bond-Streifens „eines der fesselndsten Highlights des Films“. Immerhin viereinhalb Minuten soll die Bühne in „Quantum of Solace“ zu sehen sein. Das spektakuläre Auge, das heuer bei der Tosca-Aufführung eine zentrale Rolle gespielt hat, bekommen Touristen im kommenden Jahr zwar nicht mehr zu sehen. XI. Auf dem Schilthorn in der Schweiz jagte James Bond Ende der 60er- Jahre Bösewicht Blofeld. Das dortige Drehrestaurant mit seinem herrlichem Blick auf die Interlakener Bergwelt können Touristen einfach erreichen: mit der Gondel. WHAT’S BEHIND THE BALLOON BOX PROJECT??
Enter the CUBE
The person has to stand on the marked point on the floor and switches off the light with his foot. After a few seconds, a lamp inside shows, that the balloon can be punctured now. The person has to puncture the balloon within 4 seconds. When the „info-light“ is on, the shutter of the camera opens, when the „info-light“ is off, the shutter closes.
The person now punctures the balloon, which sound sets of the sound-trigger, sending a signal to the flash, which illuminates the scene for a split-second!
After the shutter is closed, the lights in the balloon box goes on and the taken photograph appears on the computer screen, on the outside of the balloon box. This photograph will be saved immediately to the data-base. Now, the user can decide to take another high-speed photograph or email or print the picture for him/her to keep!

We have to write all the software for the project and here is a little base plan of the functionalities:
Person goes to the computer terminal.
He/She sees the starting screen.
Presses on the Button and arrives at the log-in menu.
The person enters their data:
First name, surname , e-mail address are entered
After pressing the Submit-button, a video is playing.
It will explain the person the handling inside the box.
“Stay on the red dot on the ground…”
“… if the blue light switch on, please puncture the balloon…”
“Smile in the camera and say “cheese”…”
After the explanation the person goes into the box and takes the photo. Now the pictures is taken (see Enter the CUBE*).
The person walks out of the box and back to the terminal.
On the screen the person can see the picture.
Now the person can choose:
print the picture
send it to me per e-mail
take picture once again
At the end, the person returns to the start screen.

I. Spracherwerb: Zukunftsvisionen am MIT
Deb Roy, Professor am MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts, setzt auf geballte Technik. Und auf die Video-Beobachtung seines zweijährigen Sohnes: Ganz gleich, ob Roy Junior Bauklötze stapelt, mit seiner Mama ein Buch anschaut oder trotzig herumspringt - in den Zimmerdecken installierte Kameras halten alles fest, rund um die Uhr. Mikrofone zeichnen jeden Ton auf, den der Knirps von sich gibt. Dies alles ist Teil eines wissenschaftlichen Projektes zum Thema Spracherwerb. Khronos Projector [a video time-warping machine with a tangible deformable screen] by Alvaro Cassinelli
The Khronos Projector is an interactive-art installation allowing people to explore pre-recorded movie content in an entirely new way. A classic video-tape allows a simple control of the reproducing process (stop, backward, forward, and elementary control on the reproduction speed). Modern digital players add little more than the possibility to perform random temporal jumps between image frames.
The goal of the Khronos Projector is to go beyond these forms of exclusive temporal control, by giving the user an entirely new dimension to play with: by touching the projection screen, the user is able to send parts of the image forward or backwards in time. By actually touching a deformable projection screen, shaking it or curling it, separate “islands of time” as well as “temporal waves” are created within the visible frame. This is done by interactively reshaping a two-dimensional spatio-temporal surface that “cuts” the spatio-temporal volume of data generated by a movie.

"Be Kind Rewind" wants to probe the interplay among films, their audience and the people who make them. It’s an exuberant, fanciful fable set amid the scruffy outskirts of American society, where people’s need for escapism coincides with their desire to participate in its creation.
Synopsis:
Jack Black and Mos Def star in Be Kind Rewind, a unique comedy from Academy Award-winning writer/director Michel Gondry (Dave Chappelle’s Block Party, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind). Black stars as a loveable loser stuck in a life that’s too small for his big dreams. But when he unintentionally erases all the tapes in a video store where his best friend (Mos Def) works, he devises a plan to satisfy the store’s few loyal customers by re-creating and re-filming every movie they decide to rent. Be Kind Rewind features a cast that also includes Danny Glover, Melonie Diaz and Mia Farrow. It is scheduled for a February 22, 2008 release.
